This is basically the national anthem to the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and used at various non ceremonial pow-wows held by other tribes as well. These particular warriors hold the privilege and honor of caring for, raising, and lowering the flag. A lot of these flags flown over the Kiowa Gourd Clan Ceremonial belong to families of fallen warriors and veterans, who honor their service by flying them over the course of multiple days.
