here's a few series of a very easy mod one can do to tailor his riding style in tune with the ignition timing to help compliment certain aspects of the powerband most often more over rev and slightly higher compression ratio which results in a motor than revs faster and higher at same time.......retarding the ignition would most likely be a novice trying to lessen the signature hit of this 125 mis to up screamer and make it a bit more torqy and forgiving and smooths the power out slightly creating more lower response but at the expense of losing a bit of over rev and upper rpm pull so any where in between those parameters is where most dudes ride and this feature Kawasaki made fool proof. by adding a guide to go by when adjusting the stator plate to suit your needs.....
