My friend Molly Abad sent me this photo in Amaya Tanza Cavite, many residences affected by typhoon Fabian. Worst and mostly living along water coast line. Many houses are affected or damaged. Flood in the Philippines is becoming worst as govt. authorities have no concrete plan to resolve the ongoing problem. These unfortunate people needs help and support.
