DHS to allow some Afghans to enter U.S. under "humanitarian parole"

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is authorizing an immigration tool known as "humanitarian parole" to allow some at-risk Afghans to enter the U.S. without a visa.
