Ginger tea can help people with digestive problems. The best way to do this is to drink the tea before you eat. A walnut-sized piece of ginger is enough for a cup. It should steep in small pieces for about 10 minutes, a lemon wedge and a teaspoon of honey provide a better taste. The ginger tea stimulates digestion and prevents the feeling of fullness. The tea tastes very pleasant.

1 piece of ginger (a piece the size of a walnut)
1 lemon wedge
1 teaspoon honey
