this is Samsung 32 inch pannel problem is slow motion fault.
after seen this fault i check pannel basic voltage it show ok
then i check side cof voltage i see the vgl voltage messing.
after that i given vgh supply to the side cof from source pcb
theb my fault is chear it work fine
