This puzzle is from Papp Publishing. You can find them on pappinternational.com. I saw them at a store the other day and thought I'd try them out.
These puzzles come in three skill levels; easy, medium and expert. This is an expert puzzle. I'd say the expert puzzles are about as hard as the hard puzzles in Sudoku To Go magazines. But some of them are closer to diabolical. I would rate this puzzle as hard. It has a couple of sticky spots but we get through them fairly easily.
