In terms of cardio if you are serious about building muscle I would stay away from High-intensity cardio such as HIIT because it places a lot of demand on your body. Unlike high-Intensity cardio low-intensity cardio such as walking places little demand on your body and would not hinder your weight training sessions like high-intensity cardio would.
