Today I am joined again by my friend Elizabeth in my home. We spent 3 days hanging out together, filming lots of ASMR, eating snacks, laughing, and going for walks. It is a great feeling to spend time and relax with a friend in this way. I am glad to give back by means of relaxation. To physically feel that I am able to bring someone else's body and mind to a state of peace is a gift that brings me a great sense of tranquility and fulfillment. Thank you for joining us both today.
