The danger of operating on the devils playground - the Internet. In these days of immense deceit and difficulty, satan wants nothing more for the servant to step out of their field of protection and enter into difficulty where they loose all blessings coming upon them. Shaykh Nurjan (Q) teaches the manners in which students should operate and what potential dangers await them. For the student is - to focus solely on the Shaykh, comment on the Shaykhs posts as a way to participate and take the teachings, and that's it. The danger is when we start to develop personal relationships and begin to chat with other people within the comment section where we may not even know who that person truly is.
Shaykh Nurjan (Q) also teaches that sadaqah (charity) is one thing and that is something we owe from what we earn and is mandated. However to give a gift and 'Hediah' (gift) is something completely separate. Find these Ahlul Bayt (Holy family of Prophet ﷺ) and give your love to them, give your support to them, keep the companionship with that reality then whatever Allah (AJ) dressing them and wherever their spirituality and physicality is going – Allah (AJ) give a share in that reality to those people whom support and love.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قال: تَهَادُوا تَحَابُّوا.
[الأدب المفرد للبخاري ٥٩٤]
‘An Abi Hurairah (ra) ‘an anNabi qala: “Tahaadu tahaabbu.”
Narrated by Abi Hurairah (ra) that the Prophet (pbuh)said: “Give gifts to each other so you will love each other.” [Al-Bukhari, in al-Adab al-Mufrad 594]
عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: ... فَقَالَ (رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ): " أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ." ]اَلْمَصْدَرْ: مُسْلِمْ:. ٧٥٢٠ ]
‘An Anasin (ra): ... Faqala (Rasulullahi) ﷺ: “Anta ma’a man ahbabta.”
Narrated Anas ibn Malik (ra) that ...the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "You will be with whom you love." [Source: Muslim 7520]
