Delhi Police Cite Tractor Sales Rise To Claim Farmers’ R-Day Protest Was A Well-Planned Conspiracy

Delhi Police has cited a rise in tractor sales to back its claim that the Republic Day violence in Delhi was a “well-orchestrated conspiracy”. A chargesheet filed by the police includes the details of tractor sales in Punjab and Haryana. A section of protesters against the three farm laws had entered the iconic Red Fort on January 26. The protesting farmers had deviated from pre-decided routes for their tractor parade in the national capital.
