किसानों को लुभाने के लिए सरकार कुछ लोक लुभावन घोषणाएं कर सकती है, वह गन्ना किसानों का बकाया दे सकती है, किसानों को छह हज़ार रुपए अतिरिक्त दे सकती है, मगर उससे किसानों का गुस्सा शांत नहीं होगा। किसान मामलों के विशेषज्ञ पुष्पेंद्र सिंह की टिप्पणी-
