The Marketplace Tavern met all of our expectations and more !!! Formally the 189 sports Café, manager John Conway wanted to take this place to another level and boy did he! Fully remodeled inside and out and Chef Anthony putting together a phenomenal menu. Chef Anthony was kind enough to put several of their customer favorites together for Nicky. The farm to table crispy brussels sprouts dish with prosciutto di Parma Burrata cheese Pistachio aïoli with a balsamic glaze next the sweet and spicy crispy chicken bowl which has sticky rice avocado arugula radish fire roasted corn salsa and cilantro lime cream next the flat top burger which is a smashed burger with tavern pickles cabbage slaw American cheese fancy sauce on a brioche bun with fries and lastly there hot Maine lobster roll fresh lobster with scallions garlic butter lemon on a brioche roll with old Bay fries. you have to check it out trust me you won’t regret it, seating inside and outside.
