Mount Horeb Methodist Society at Ahodwo in Kumasi was declared autonomous as Ahodwo Circuit from Amakom Circuit in April 2016 with nine societies, comprising two thousand 868 members. It can now boast of 12 societies with over three thousand members.
The 5th Anniversary celebrations at Amakom was under the theme: "Pressing Towards the Goal" and brought together members of the church to take stock of achievements, challenges and future of the Circuit.
A special service was held to climax the celebration during which founding and active members who have contributed in diverse ways towards its growth and expansion were honoured.
