I make an Industrial Style Wall Coat Hook using Rebar - R.M.Williams Belt Project.

I make an Industrial Style Wall Coat Hook using Rebar - using my R.M.Williams Belt as inspiration, the rebar rod gives it the industrial decor look. It was a good welding project for me, I used heat in this project so I would not have to hammer and dent the steel while I bending it.
R.M. Williams is an Australian footwear and clothing company.

The big steel flat bar is 6mm thick, 25mm wide. The small steel flat bar is 6mm thick, 16mm wide.
The Rebar is 7mm rebar
Main tools used, Welding Magnets V-Pads, MIG welder, angle grinder, LPG blow torch and a Drill.

Note: When you bend metal/rebar, you naturally weaken it. Bending it cold will normally cause fine cracks, and it may even break if you put enough strain on the rebar or bend it in the same place too many times. Do not rely on cold-bent steel/rebar to support a load.
