This is the first time I shared this story in public on how I trained my mom to go from using a walker and barely being able to walk to almost jogging and doing 10 laps at the gym every day.


The reason I'm sharing this story is to let people know that our bodies are capable of doing anything. All you have to do is be willing to put in the work.
