The case of George Floyd had the most far-reaching effects across the western world, not least in the United Kingdom. It provided a huge impetus to putting into practice ideas about decolonisation, among other things. Odd then that we have not heard of something very similar to the fate which befell George Floyd, which took place four years earlier.
