I was unsure at first, like most, as to what I should expect or if the therapy would even help. Simply enough, what you expect should be left at home. The more you open up to the experience the more they can help so you might as well blast the doors open.

My “guide” was Tye. I could try to praise him or even compliment his work and efforts and blah blah blah, but when or if you meet him you’ll see that words simply aren’t satisfying nor do they compare to who is he and the work he does.

Overall, I more than recommend this place and the guiding they can provide. That being said the more you allow yourself to open up those doors and experience the path they help you lay down, the better off and more you’ll get out of it.
