On days when I am a bit lazy to go out running or even just busy esp when I got to take care of the little ones , home workout is my go to favorite. It allows me to burn calories in the comfort of my home while at the same time multitasking. Eg keeping an eye on the kids, laundry, cooking etc
This 10 minutes workout is usually one I like to start with before I dive into a longer workout session. I find it gives me a boost to take on the longer workouts.
