He shares a testimony of an encounter which he had with the oily presence of the Spirit that came upon his head In the early days of his walk with God, while living under condemnation and legalistically seeking to apply the scriptures to his life, stuck in a repeated cycle of bondage and condemnation. During this time It was as if a flask of oil was poured down upon his head from God and all of the heaviness, weight condemnation and oppression was literally removed from him.
