4x4 Capability on the farm of a North American Truck Vs Australian 4x4 Ute RAM F250 Silverado Sierra

It is winter in Australia and it is wet and boggy on the farm.
A good time to review the 4x4 capability of a North American truck in Australia versus a typical Australian utility vehicle.
These are different vehicles. While the majority of North American trucks sold in Australia are 4x4s, how do they compare with the typical 4x4 utility options in Australia - Hilux, Ranger, BT50, D-Max, Triton, Navara etc.
My experience with an F250 and RAM have been fairly consistent when compared to the typical Australian utilities I have owned.
My current RAM is very capable in the wet and mud, but it can sure make a mess due to its weight and power. As such, I generally relegate the RAM to firm footing only when in the paddocks and if I'm going somewhere I know it gets wet, I will take the lighter weight Hilux.
This isn't to knock the capability of the RAM, but the weight of the RAM is a consideration for me insofar as where I take it. I also find it a bit more unwieldy on slippery, muddy dirt roads. Roads where the unladen Hilux will feel more secure and controllable in comparison to the unladen RAM.
It's not a critique of North American trucks, but their weight does make a difference.
If you are offroading, this probably won't affect you like it will me as I hate making a mess of my paddocks on the farm whereas if you are offroading and you tear up a track, it's more the next person's problem coming down the track than yours.
But here is some of my experience from down on the farm in Australia.
