On the 5th Anniversary of the disappearance of Jonathan Fraser, a second superseding indictment was unsealed, Friday July 30, 2021, documents filed in federal court revealed the names of 2 additional suspects in the Miske Enterprise Case which revealed some dark new details in the disappearance of Jonathan Fraser.

35 year old Jason Yokoyama and 27 year old Delia-Anna Fabro-Miske are the newest Racketeering co-conspirators named in this indictment.
Both are charged with Racketeering Conspiracy and face 20 years in Federal Prison.
The indictment claims that Yokoyama participated in or facilitated acts of murder, kidnapping, arson, wire fraud, structuring of cash transactions and bank fraud.
Documents say that 2 of the cooperating witnesses in the case testified that Yokoyama actually “Participated in the Kidnapping and Murder” of Jonathan Fraser on July 30. 2016.
Prosecutors say one of those witnesses claims he met with Yokoyama and Miske a week before the Fraser disappeared to discuss the final details before his kidnapping and murder.
According to a cooperating witness, Yokoyama purchased a “large, folded fish bag which he placed in the trunk of Miske’s vehicle.” The witness said he understood the bag was to be used to transport Fraser’s remains before being dumped at sea.
Yokoyama apparently had told the witness that he purchased a white Toyota Sienna on Craigslist to use to kidnap Fraser and then deliver him to a boat where he was to be killed. Witnesses say, after Fraser was killed, Yokoyama asked Lance Burmudez and Dae Han Moon to drive the van across the island and light it on fire to destroy the evidence.
Prosecutors say Burmudez and Moon have admitted to helping Yokoyama destroy the van.

Here’s what we know about Jason Yokoyama:
Yokoyama, a longtime business associate of Mike Miske, was the president of Leverage Inc. which previously owned M Nightclub, The Row Bar, Ocean Club, Bliss, Tower 10, Metropolis, The Standard, A Food Affair, Fix at Waterfront Plaza (Not to be confused with FIX Nightclub) , Dolce, & The Republic.

In 2011 Jason Yokoyama identified himself in court as the “Operations Manager” for Kamaaina Termite and Pest Control

Mike Miske had sold his shares of M Nightclub to Jason Yokoyama shorty after he and John Stancil were arrested for assaulting a 40 year old man and 41 year old woman in Kakaako in 2013
Yokoyama also owned “Da Poke Shack” food truck that parked outside the Iwilei Home Depot until 2016. Around the same time “Da Poke Shack” was opened, “Da Poke Shack Haleiwa” was created with Wayne Miller listed as the sole Agent.

The 2nd person named, 27 year old, Delia-Ann Fabro-Miske is being charged with Bank Fraud for preparing and submitting “materially false documents” to the Bank of Hawaii when applying for a loan.
Delia was married to Mike Miske’s son Caleb before he died in 2016 from an infection related to injuries sustained in car accident 4 months earlier. Caleb and Jonathan Fraser were best friends.
They were both in the car when it crashed doing speeds upwards of 90 mph in Kaneohe. Jonathan survived, but Caleb died 4 months later.
In 2016, Delia invited Jonathan and is pregnant wife to move in with her in a condo in Hawaii Kai that was being secretly paid for by Mike Miske.

After Fraser disappeared, Mike started to feel the heat from Law Enforcement. To protect his assets, Mike transferred his business interests into his Daughter in Law Delia’s name.

Among the companies transferred to Delia were;
Kamaaina Termite and Pest control, Kamaaina Plumbing, Hawaii Partners, and Kamaaina Holdings.
