Prashant Kishor, said to be tying with the idea of launching his own political party or joining the Congress, has announced a temporary break from public life as he decides his next steps. This was revealed in a letter to Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh, in which Kishor resigned from the post of advisor
His announcement comes at a time when Mamata Banerjee ( whose campaign he ran in Bengal) has thrown her hat in the ring for a national role, spending five days in Delhi and Rahul Gandhi just chaired a meeting of Opposition leaders in Parliament.
