Enjoy this full hatha style creative yoga practice to challenge your stability. Together we will move through an array of postures to cultivate steadiness within the mind, the body and the breath… after all, they’re all connected!
There are no downward dogs, chatturangas, or planks in this class.
You will hear plenty of reminders in this practice to invite in softness. When we soften, we unveil the deeper layer of stability that resides within us… allowing the energy to flow through us.
Listen to your body first and foremost. If something feels painful or intuitively not right, please ease off and listen to those signs. Pause and take breaks as often as you need.
