Church leadership is important. It is hard. Every member of the church must take the qualification listed in Scripture seriously.

Sadly, many in the modern day have replaced worldly standards instead of biblical standards when assessing and choosing their leaders.

If we use the wrong criteria, we may think we have "good" leadership when really our leaders are leading us astray.

It may not seem profound but it is true nonetheless: Leadership leads.
