Portal gun was added in Terraria 1.3, a gun that can't harm enemy, but it can harm your computer because of its speed which it can yield. Without the portal gun, you fall at speed of 51 mph, but by just holding the gun, you'll fall faster, you'll move faster horizontally, and never stop flying by enabling inertia. By just holding it. Now, you might ask; is this overpowered?... Well, only if they cared this for a bit more.
