Alhamdulillah Today we have done weighted Workout
pullups.
dips.
It was really hard workout but as you know I done many time but not saad.
so Alhamdulillah saad have performed very very good I always expect like that from my little bro because I know Alhamdulillah he is Strong enough just I need to motivate him and push his limits to the next level and I always belive him he will do it what I also do and what I expect from him.
Alhamdulillah I never disappoint by him.

my main purpose is just to motivate you by telling saad story because saad never do regularly exercise because he is student.
