How to escape life now and then?

First of all we must know that it's Okay not to deal with stuff now and then, just as long as we try again tomorrow. Exercise is a great way to escape life and melt away stress. We must look for ways to escape reality when our day to day environment is unpleasant and uncertain. We must clear our mind. When considering this type of escape, we probably just want to clear our mind of all the daily clutter. We must listen to meditation music. We must practice yoga. We must day-dream. Allow ourselves to day-dream in the peace and quiet place. We must visit new places. We must take a virtual escape. We must be aware to create a life we don't need to escape from such as, make a relationship a priority. We must removed unneeded positions from our life and from our home. We must make sure to take care of our love ones. We must guard our time. We must appreciate our season in life! We must know that mind is different, it may take some trial and error to find out how can we best able to mentally escape reality. We must watch nature documentaries. We must take the dog for a long walk if we have one it changes our mindset and sometimes cooking something comforting. We must simply letting our mind wander. Yoga and pilates really helps us if we want to escape now and then. We all need a place where to escape when it is needed, where we feel safe, a place that allows us to focus completely on a single priority!
