Lumber Prices are Falling

Lumber futures are half what they were a month ago, but lumber prices have not been falling in the same way - that is until now. I am seeing signs that lumber prices are coming down and in this video I share with you what is happening. It is not all good news, however, as there are some lumber products like OSB and plywood that still have high prices.
